Quick answers

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose BudgetGem. You can also go to Settings, then Manage subscription, inside BudgetGem. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge.

I got a new phone. How do I get my subscription back?

Open BudgetGem and tap Restore purchases on the trial screen. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in BudgetGem and choose Delete account. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel the subscription first.

Can I keep my own copy of my budget?

Yes. In Settings, tap Save a backup to keep a file in Files, iCloud Drive or email. Restore from a backup brings it back.

What happens to what I send here?

We read it to improve BudgetGem. If you add your email, we use it only to reply to you.
